Me (Tsega Michael) as a founder have a great experience in running restaurant business in Ethiopia. We as a family, own Bar and restaurant up and running the business for the past 40 plus years which initially established by our parents till the present day it is on operational. My team member and my sister Roman Michael is expert in preparing Ethiopian dishes which she acquire the experience from our own family business bar and restaurant, she works as chef for several years in Ethiopia before moving here. And she is expert in Ethiopian foods. Together we have come up with a fresh concept, a popular menu, and an ambitious but achievable plan to build it in to new business.
